Owner Description
This 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom is situated on one of the smallest communities in Davenport. Ashley Manor consists of one cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by lakes and conservation. A king four poster bed takes centre stage in the master bedroom, which has en-suite bathroom. The family room has a big screen TV and DVD player, with windows overlooking the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the breakfast area which has sliding doors onto the pool deck. The other bedrooms which are furnished with a queen, a standard and two twins, each have TV's in the rooms. Outside on the pool deck, there is space to relax in the sun, or cool off in the pool and spa.
