Owner Description
Situated on the popular community of Greater Groves, this home offers spacious accommodation. The family room is open to the breakfast area, with sliding doors onto the pool and deck area, and well-equipped kitchen. A separate formal dining room offers views to the front of the house and is opposite a lounge area, where you can escape from the TV and relax for a while. The master bedroom is a large spacious room with oversized bathroom offering bath, 2 vanity units and walk in shower. A door from this bathroom leads out on to the pool deck. A small hallway off the breakfast area leads to the family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one standard bedroom and one twin. A door from the hallway leads out onto the pool and large patio area. The patio has a large covered area for dining al-fresco whatever the weather, while still leaving plenty of space to catch the warm Florida sunshine.
