The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located just off the main 192 area in a highly popular area for access to all major attractions and shopping. It is centrally located putting you within minutes of Orlando's theme parks and nightlife while providing peace and relaxation at the end of your day.

The Kissimmee area is known for having many golf courses, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Visit Old Town on a Saturday evening to view all the custom cars, plus a fairground and entertainment ensures a spectacular evening. Day tripping to the beach couldn't be easier with the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast just one hour away. The subtropical climate is very warm and humid during the summertime. Scattered showers can move in and out very quickly and return back to a gorgeous, sunshiny day in the blink of an eye. Wintertime has warm days, mild evenings with little humidity and lots of sunshine.
