Villa is set in the secure gated development at Sunset Ridge. This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is located on the US 27 a highly popular area for access to all major attractions and shopping. Davenport is located southwest of Orlando. It is centrally located putting you within minutes of Orlando's theme parks and nightlife while providing peace and relaxation at the end of your day. It features orange groves, conservation land and is in close proximity to lakes.

The Davenport area is known for having many golf courses, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. Day tripping to the beach couldn't be easier with the Gulf Coast and the Atlantic Coast just one hour away. The subtropical climate is very warm and humid during the summertime. Scattered showers can move in and out very quickly and return back to a gorgeous, sunshiny day in the blink of an eye. Wintertime has warm days, mild evenings with little humidity and lots of sunshine.

The pool villa is fully equipped and offers many facilities for your comfort the home is equipped with hi speed internet, 4 TVs 2 DVD players and a Playstation for our younger guests entertainment.
